You can use this type of item to make your Pokémon stronger. Also, Pokémon like to be fed Power-Ups and are happy when you care for them. This is an expensive but fast way to evolve those Pokémon that evolve when they love you. Some Power-Ups, like Element Stones, will make a Pokémon evolve! Other Power-Ups boost attributes like Attack and Defense.
*Power ups like Dire Hit and X-Attack will only work when in battle. Also, the effect fades after the battle is over. It’s a lot cheaper just to get a move The other Power-Ups, however, are permanent.
